New gated community coming to Dutchtown!

Oakbourne subdivision is coming soon to the Dutchtown area. Builders recently broke ground and hope to start construction in the Spring of 2018. This custom home community will be gated and consists of 60 lots built by Waguespack Homes and Aucoin Homes.

Grand boulevard style entrance will be surrounded by lush landscaping and the community pond. Lots range from standard size to half acre with homes starting in the 370's. Oakbourne is located off of Highway 74 in Geismar, just before Bluff Road. According to Ascension Parish School Board, the schools will be Spanish Lake Primary, Dutchtown Middle & High.
